This is a remote, unpaid 6-month internship position.
Role Overview
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain practical exposure to a range of HR functions and contribute to the day-to-day activities of the HR team. You will work closely with team members across different functions, gaining an understanding of how HR processes are managed in a remote and dynamic work workplace.
The internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, talent management, and learning & development, while also helping you develop professional communication, coordination,
and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment documentation.
Onboarding & Induction: Assisting with induction and orientation activities for new interns and employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Engagement: Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal HR programs.
HR Operations & Coordination: Assisting with day-to-day HR activities, maintaining employee records, coordinating with teams, and supporting HR processes.
Talent & Resource Management: Supporting workforce coordination, resource requirements, and other talent management activities.
Learning & Development: Assisting with learning initiatives, training coordination, and activities
