Role Description The Jewelry Designer will create original fine and fashion jewelry concepts that align with Jugal Gems’ aesthetic and client requirements in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching and visualizing designs, preparing detailed drawings, and translating concepts into CAD files for production. The designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine designs, select materials and stones, and ensure feasibility for manufacturing.



The role also involves contributing to product collections, adapting existing designs, and providing creative input for redesigning heirloom and custom pieces. The Jewelry Designer will maintain design documentation, stay current with market trends, and uphold brand quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Jewelry Design and Product Design, with the ability to create practical, manufacturable pieces.
Proficiency in Drawing and sketching to visualize and communicate design concepts clearly.
Experience in Fashion Jewelry design, with an understanding of trends and customer preferences.
Competence in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for detailed technical renderings and production-ready models.
Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a solid sense of aesthetics.
