Dr Expert Edulinks is a growing MBBS Abroad consultancy based in Kerala, helping NEET aspirants and their families explore reliable and affordable medical education opportunities outside India.

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager based in Kozhikode who can take ownership of the complete sales process — from lead generation and counselling to admission conversion and revenue.

This is not a role for someone who only manages a sales team. The person will be directly accountable for sales performance, team productivity, conversions, and revenue.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will own and drive the admissions sales function for MBBS Abroad programs.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, managing the sales pipeline, improving conversion rates, and ensuring that monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets are achieved.





You should be someone who understands the Kerala student and parent mindset, can communicate confidently in Malayalam and English, and knows how to convert enquiries into genuine admissions through professional and ethical counselling.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of monthly admission, collection and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales/admissions team to consistently achieve targets.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel — Lead → Contact → Counselling → Follow-up → Application → Admission → Collection.
- Set daily and weekly activity targets and ensure proper execution by the team.
- Analyse lead quality, conversion ratios, follow-up performance and sales pipeline.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and take corrective action quickly.
- Personally handle high-value and critical student/parent consultations when required.
- Build robust relationships with students, parents, schools, NEET
