Position Overview
JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our commercial interior fit-out project delivery across Mumbai's corporate market. This senior leadership position requires candidate who will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth for high-value commercial interior projects serving multinational corporations, Indian enterprises,
and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Leadership Direct end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects, managing 3-4 concurrent engagements across corporate offices, banking facilities, technology centers, and skilled service environments. Ensure seamless project execution from initial planning through final handover while maintaining accountability for schedule performance, budget adherence, quality standards, and client satisfaction across all active projects.
Client Partnership & Relationship Management Serve as primary relationship owner for strategic corporate accounts including Fortune 500 companies, leading Indian conglomerates, and multinational enterprises. Lead client engagement activities including project visioning sessions, design charrettes, progress reviews, and executive presentations.
