Role Description This is a full-time remote Inside Sales Intern role focused on engaging prospective learners and guiding them through the admission journey. The intern will handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails to explain program details, clarify queries,



and present suitable course options based on student needs. Daily tasks include lead generation, follow-up on inquiries, updating CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth conversions. The role involves understanding student requirements, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting individual and team targets. The intern will also participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
Robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admissions process.
Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably regional languages.
