About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic English & IELTS Trainer to join our coaching center in Uttam Nagar. You’ll be responsible for teaching spoken English and preparing students for the IELTS exam, plus taking online classes when required.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Training: Conduct English speaking + IELTS classes for students in center
Online Classes: Should be able to take online classes also as per requirement
IELTS Prep: Teach L, R, W, S modules, provide strategies, mock tests & feedback
Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, attendance, and student progress tracking
Communication: Provide one-on-one doubt clearing and counseling to students
Personality Development: Help students improve fluency, confidence, and body language
Requirements
Location: Must live within 3 km of Uttam Nagar
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Fresher or Experienced can apply
Skills Needed:
Excellent English communication skills and personality
Positive classroom management and student handling
Prior experience as IELTS Trainer preferred
Knowledge of IELTS pattern, band descriptors, and scoring
Comfortable with online teaching tools - Zoom, Google Meet
Other: Energetic, punctual, and student-focused

Morning batch: 8 am to 1 pm
Evening batch : 4 pm to 8.30 pm
Pay: ₹10,740.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
