Key Responsibilities
Client Billing
Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills as per contract provisions.
Record and certify executed quantities from site measurements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for bill approval and certification.
Maintain records of submitted bills and payment status.
Quantity Estimation and Measurement
Take measurements from approved drawings and actual executed work.
Prepare quantity sheets and reconcile quantities with BOQ.
Monitor consumption of materials and compare with theoretical quantities.
Identify variations and extra items for additional claims.
Subcontractor Billing
Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
Ensure quantities and rates are in accordance with work orders and agreements.
Prepare payment recommendations and maintain subcontractor account statements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
