We are looking for the profile of

EV Business Development and Charging Manager,

a full time role in MSIL, and we are looking at people who have the passion to change the landscape of the Automobile industry.

Role Description:
EV Charging Infrastructure Deployment and Management
Building of Charging Strategy for the assigned market, identification of uncovered geographies and propose optimal solutions aligned with the overall roadmap




Deployment of Charging Stations at Dealerships and other Public Locations – Single Point of Contact for all charging requirements of the assigned market
Monitor performance of Chargers operations, maintenance & ensure high utilization (SOP adherence, manpower training)
Evaluate community charging proposals, align on partnership terms; Identify Top Real Estate players and establish relationship
Co-ordinate with Vendors, Charging Partners, Real Estate Partners for timely installation and O&M; of Site
Monitor Home Charger Installation process, review dealer wise performance, organize trainings and ensure adherence to defined SOPs
Planning, organization, and co-ordination of maintenance audits of Charging Infrastructure

Qualification

MBA Full time ( from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)

Work Experience
3+ years of experience in Network development, Channel Partner management, Charger Deployment role

Experience with OEMs will be preferred

Candidate should be open to travel on the field/across the allocated zone to drive business outcomes
