Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities (Primary Focus Areas)
Sales Coordination & Support:
Act as the central point of coordination between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Order Management:
Handle end-to-end order processing including order entry, tracking, documentation, and timely delivery coordination.
Client Communication & Follow-ups:
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding orders, quotations, and delivery timelines; follow up for order confirmations and pending requirements.
Sales Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Payment & Collection Coordination:
Work closely with the accounts team to follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collections.

Additional Responsibilities
Monitor sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving goals.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.




Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
Support senior management with data and insights for decision-making.

Communication & Coordination
Draft and send qualified emails to customers and internal teams.
Ensure clear communication between sales, accounts, and operations departments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales/reporting tools.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
