Roles and Responsibility
Conduct follow-up calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Source recent leads through various channels, including social media and networking events.
Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing excellent customer service.
Relay client feedback to the management team to identify areas for improvement.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar industry.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to convince even the most hesitant prospects.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet sales targets.
Robust problem-solving skills to handle complaints and concerns.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and maintain solid relationships.
