• Lead QA activities for production-grade web applications from requirement analysis to release sign-off.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Perform manual testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT flows.
• Work closely with developers, product managers,



and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release cycles.
• Validate APIs, database flows, and backend integrations where required.
• Coordinate with overseas clients/stakeholders and provide clear QA updates and reports.
• Ensure product quality, usability, and performance across environments.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4+ years of hands-on QA experience on production/live projects.
• Robust ownership mindset and willingness to learn, especially in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong experience in manual testing for web applications.
• Experience independently owning QA responsibilities for projects/modules.
• Strong understanding of test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression planning.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologie
