Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to promote Manodtechnologies’ services and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling digital content, analyzing campaign performance, and coordinating with design and development teams to deliver marketing assets.
The role will also involve B2B lead generation through LinkedIn,



including identifying and researching potential prospects, using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, building targeted lead lists, sending personalized connection and outreach messages, managing follow-ups, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, supporting SEO and SEM initiatives, monitoring web analytics, optimizing digital campaigns, and implementing strategies to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalkulam, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in internal meetings and marketing strategy discussions.
