We are currently building our core team and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey from an early stage.
About the Role
This is not a conventional sales role.
We are looking for a Business Development professional who can take ownership of the Business Development function, while also contributing to revenue growth, market expansion and broader company strategy.
You will work closely with the founder and will have the opportunity to help build the function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Business Development and sales strategies.
Identify and acquire doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare businesses.
Generate, qualify and convert B2B leads.
Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations and negotiations.




Build and improve the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing.
Develop outreach strategies and sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
Identify current markets, opportunities, partnerships and revenue channels.
Analyse sales performance, conversion rates and revenue to improve growth.
Work on pricing, offers and other initiatives related to revenue growth.
Build sales SOPs, systems and processes as the company scales.
Work closely with the founder on business and growth initiatives.
As the company grows, help build, train and manage the Business Development team.
