Role Description The Design Team Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role oversees a multidisciplinary design team,



guiding the end-to-end design process from initial client briefing and concept development through detailed design, review, and delivery. The Design Team Lead will coordinate closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate requirements into design solutions, and present design proposals using AirBrick’s AI-enabled tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, aligning design output with brand and functional goals, reviewing and refining team members’ work, and collaborating with AI and product teams to incorporate data-driven insights into design decisions. The role also involves mentoring team members, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent quality across all commercial interior design projects.
