About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong customer and channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and brand visibility across Bangalore and other key markets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer segments.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, up-to-date trade, corporate clients, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and institutional customers.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, activations, and market-development initiatives.
Develop and manage sales pipelines and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities,
and pricing.
Identify opportunities for new products, channels, territories, and partnerships.
Lead negotiations with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Manage and motivate the sales/marketing team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Track sales performance, marketing ROI, customer acquisition, and market growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and business performance updates for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales plans.
Develop long-term strategies for brand growth and market penetration.
Requirements
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Retail, or related industries is preferred.
Solid understanding of the Bangalo
