Job Summary

looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer / Project Executive with robust exposure to project execution within the Pharmaceutical industry . The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical project activities from planning and design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.

This role is focused on project execution and delivery and does not involve routine electrical maintenance or operations activities .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate electrical project execution activities at pharmaceutical/life-science facilities.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical documents, and project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, client representatives, and internal project teams.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Supervise installation of electrical systems including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG systems, MCC/PCC panels, UPS,



cable systems, lighting, earthing, and power distribution systems .
Coordinate electrical works associated with HVAC, cleanroom systems, process equipment, utilities, and other MEP services .
Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance and workmanship.
Review and resolve technical issues, site discrepancies, and design-related queries.
Track project progress, identify delays/risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure electrical works comply with applicable GMP, safety, statutory, and pharmaceutical project requirements .
Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, punch-point closure, and final project handover.
Review and maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, inspection records, and handover documents.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
