Role Purpose
The HR Data Analyst will support the HR Shared Services function by delivering high-quality reporting, workforce analytics,



and data quality insights that enable informed decision-making across the organisation. The role will be responsible for monitoring HR data integrity, producing management reporting, supporting automation initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Produce monthly and quarterly workforce metrics covering headcount, attrition, diversity, recruitment, mobility, and organisational changes.
Monitor Data Quality Index (DQI) performance across HR data domains and partner with field owners to drive remediation activities.
Analyse workforce trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Create executive-level summaries and presentations for HR Leadership and business stakeholders.
