About the Role
We're a creative agency specializing in branding and AI-driven marketing campaigns for clients in tech, real estate, and D2C. We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition someone who thrives on outbound outreach and can turn a cold call into a client.
What You'll Do
Cold call and prospect potential clients across tech, real estate, and D2C
Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
Pitch our branding and AI-marketing services clearly and persuasively
Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales funnel
Support deal closure and help convert prospects into clients
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
What We're Looking For
0–2 years in sales, business development,



or similar outbound work (freshers welcome)
Robust verbal and written communication ,confident on cold calls
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
Self-motivated and target-driven remote and commission-based, so ownership matters
Bonus: familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or AI tools
Compensation
Commission-based, tied to closed deals and deal value (structure discussed at interview).
