Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Your Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with robust expertise in either C#/.NET or Java and proven experience in designing and developing AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering foundation combined with deep hands-on expertise in modern AI application development, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, reusable AI skills, orchestration frameworks, and AI harnesses.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using either:
C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies; or
Java, Spring Boot, and related Java technologies.
Build AI-powered solutions aligned with the objectives of Project Elevate.
Design and implement MCP servers and clients to connect AI models with enterprise tools, applications, APIs, and data sources.
Develop and orchestrate AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow execution, and multi-step task completion.




Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and workflows for domain-specific use cases.
Develop an AI harness for model integration, prompt execution, tool orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and performance monitoring.
Integrate large language models with existing enterprise applications and engineering platforms.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
Develop APIs, microservices, backend services, and responsive user interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, domain experts, verification teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application, integration, model, and agent execution issues.
