As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide
Solutions, representing our brand and values. Your primary role is to establish
and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are
met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of
contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and
resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and
interpersonal skills will be key in delivering a seamless and personalized
customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer
accurate information.
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our offerings.
* Ensure customer data privacy and security, adhering to company policies.




* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI
industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
adapt to different communication channels.
* Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
