We are seeking a talented and driven Lead - TAG to join our Talent Acquisition |
Recruiting department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and
managing the talent acquisition process for our BPO domestic process, with a
focus on volume and mass hiring. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a
smooth and efficient recruitment journey for both candidates and our
organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the hiring
needs of our BPO domestic process.
* Source, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels
and strategies.
* Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit
for the role and organization.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide
insights for effective hiring decisions.
* Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline to support current and future
hiring needs.
* Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.




* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to
enhance our hiring strategies.
* Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing
guidance and support.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders,
identifying areas for improvement.
* Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in our talent acquisition
practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track
record of successful bulk hiring.
* Experience in BPO or similar high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric
approach.
* Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment
tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
