Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Show jewellery products and help customers select the right product.
Explain product details, price, weight, purity, making charges, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and provide valuable customer service.
Promote new collections, offers, and schemes.
Maintain proper display of jewellery in the showroom.
Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom security procedures.
Support billing and coordinate with the billing/inventory team.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries.
Keep the showroom clean and organized.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass;
2 to 10 years of retail/jewellery sales experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and valuable grooming.
Basic computer
Target-oriented and willing to work in shifts/weekends.
