Thorough understanding on the Windows 10 and windows 7 operating systems

Good knowledge on Windows Installer Technology

Hands-on experience on Admin Studio and Install Shield

In-depth knowledge on Application Packaging end to end lifecycle process

Explicit understanding of the customer requirement of the applications and license related information

In-depth visibility and knowledge on requirement analysis and gathering

Expert level in Quality testing/setting dependent testing

Handle incident and service now tool

Skills in SCCM deployment toolset.

Experience in Software patching for workstations and servers with sccm/wsus

Experience in SCCM troubleshooting and maintenance

14

Experience in automated jobs and reports.

Ready to take Lead responsibilities to complete the deliverables
