Role & responsibilities :
Manage and drive Home Loan business for the assigned branch.
Lead, mentor and manage the RM/SA sales team.
Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
Drive sourcing through DSA, DST, connectors, referrals and other channels.
Build solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor team performance, productivity and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Credit & Operations for timely case closure.
Prior experience in HL/LAP/Mortgage/NBFC/Banking preferred.
