Role & responsibilities
Maintain and support the existing HRMS application.
Analyze existing source code and implement recent business requirements.
Develop recent modules and enhance existing functionalities.
Fix application bugs and performance issues.
Deploy application on Development, UAT, and Production servers.
Manage application releases and version control.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
Monitor application logs and server health.
Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.
Optimize application performance and database queries.
Perform backup and recovery activities.
Provide end-user support and training whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise web application development.
Solid analytical and debugging skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with business users.
Experience supporting ERP/HRMS applications will be an added advantage.
