Job Title: Principal Software Engineer

Description:
Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power BI and Python
Production Support for current automation inventory as a FTE member of the team
Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
Support initiatives to push adoption of current technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
Lead and mentor junior developers for complex automations and create fungible team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals

Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
