About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations skilled to manage day-to-day sales operations, order processing, billing coordination, client follow-ups, collections, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales operations from PO/order confirmation to billing and collection.
Handle Sales Orders, POs, quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
Verify PO details, pricing, taxes, payment terms, and billing milestones.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and clients for smooth order execution.
Coordinate for invoice generation, submission, and billing follow-ups.
Follow up with clients for pending payments, invoice acceptance,



and approvals.
Maintain sales, order, billing, and receivables trackers.
Prepare Sales MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/internal systems.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Order Management.
Robust knowledge of PO, Sales Order, Invoicing, Billing & Collections processes.
Good Excel/MIS and reporting skills.
Solid communication and client coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
Experience with ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
