Roles and Responsibilities
Design residential villas from concept to final architectural drawings.
Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing space layouts.
Design exterior facades and architectural elements.
Develop interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.
Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models and realistic renders.
Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Create 3D models and high-quality renders using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or equivalent software.
Prepare presentation drawings and materials for clients.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, and MEP requirements.
Review and modify designs according to client requirements.
Work closely with the project and construction team to ensure the design is practical and suitable for execution.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all drawings and design work.
do other engineering job on office or on site when company required
Required Skills:
Robust architectural design and space-planning skills.
Excellent knowledge of residential and villa design.
Strong understanding of construction details and materials.
Excellent AutoCAD skills.
Good to excellent Revit skills.
Solid 3ds Max + Corona Renderer skills.
Positive knowledge of Photoshop.
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape is an advantage.
Ability to produce high-quality realistic 3D renders.
