Position: Public Relationship Officer

Department: Administration / Corporate Relations

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain positive relations with government departments, hospitals, clinics, and external agencies.
Handle company documentation, approvals, licenses, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for required permissions.
Represent the company in meetings and official visits.
Manage communication between company management and outside organizations.
Ensure smooth processing of administrative and legal formalities.




Maintain records of all official communications and approvals.
Support management in public affairs and corporate image building.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local government procedures and documentation.
Solid coordination and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Skilled behavior and presentation.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in pharma or healthcare sector preferred.

Salary:

Fixed Salary as per company standards.
