Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents in the assigned territory.
Generate health insurance business through the agency channel.
Train and motivate agents on products, sales techniques, and company processes.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and premium targets.
Develop solid relationships with agents and support them in customer acquisition.
Conduct regular field visits, agent meetings, and business reviews.
Identify recent market prospects and generate leads through the agent network.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, proposal processing, and policy issuance.
Maintain high levels of customer service and support agents in resolving customer queries.
Track agent productivity, activation, renewal business, and persistency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
