Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required

Requirements:




Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in operations or coordination role
Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and chart creation
Proven coordination and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
