To oversee all human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff; managing employee relations, performance, and compensation and benefits; developing and implementing HR strategies; and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment and onboarding: Oversee the hiring process from job posting and screening to interviewing and selection. Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a liaison between employees and management, helping to resolve conflicts. Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
Performance management: Manage performance appraisal systems and guide on performance-related issues.
Compensation and advantages: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and advantages packages, including payroll and compliance.
Training and development:
Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and business needs.
Strategy and compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Stay up to date on labour laws and ensure company policies and procedures are compliant.
HR metrics and reporting: Track HR KPIs, analyse data, and provide reports to senior management.

Proven experience in a similar HR role.
