SmartFish Designs is looking to hire full time HR Executive cum Admin in Ahmedabad. A great chance working within a creative team of IT, design and advertising specialists.

Responsibilities
Recruitment through Naukri.com / Indeed / Linkedin / Facebook / consultant
Job posting /Head hunting/resume screening/walkins/Calling etc.
Joining procedure of new employee (Documentation / Introduction / filing)
Taking Interviews /coordinating with Directorsconcern person for 2nd interview / shortlising
Manages key HR Operational Process (including benefits enrollment, policy changes etc.)
Provide support and guidance on the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Oversee offboarding, including separation paperwork, exit interviews and final pay
Coordinate training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and expectations
Address / Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
Develop a engagement strategy to keep employees motivated and engaged
Identify and drive process improvement efforts,



leveraging systems and tools to automate and eliminate manual work where possible.
Contribute to authoring and editing of internal communications

Required Skills and Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
High ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
People-centric qualified with excellent attention to detail.
