Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring effective and effective service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, cross-sell, and deepen customer relationships
Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the banks overall strategy
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development




Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures

Requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing and engaging a team to achieve business goals
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
