Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
Deal Closures Drive endtoend sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Market Analysis Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
