nWe are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with handson experience in ITSM modules, Integrations, and Virtual Agent / Conversational AI. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing solutions, implementing workflows, integrating 3rdparty systems, and configuring conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
nServiceNow ITSM
nConfigure & customize core ITSM applications:
nIncident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge
nDevelop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
nImplement SLAs, notifications, service catalogue items, and request workflows.
nImprove process automation and drive ITILaligned practices.
nTroubleshoot ITSM defects and optimize performance.
nServiceNow Integrations
nDesign and build integrations using REST APIs / SOAP
nMID Server-based integrations
nIntegration Hub / Spokes
nIntegrate ServiceNow with 3rdparty tools
nBuild Scripted REST APIs, transform maps, and data loads.
nTroubleshoot integration failures and ensure secure API communication.
nServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA)
nDesign and configure VA Topics using Topic Designer.
nBuild conversational flows using:
nDecision trees
nScript steps
nNatural Language Understanding (NLU)
nTrain and optimize NLU intents, utterances, entities.
nAlign VA topics with ITSM processes for automation
