nWe are looking for a Solution Engineer who can work closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, design technical solutions, and support successful deployments. The ideal candidate should possess a robust blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and problem-solving abilities.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales teams during the pre-sales process.n
- Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.n
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.n
- Design and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.n
- Assist customers with API integrations and implementation planning.n




- Work with Product and Engineering teams to address customer requirements.n
- Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and deployments.n
- Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.n
- Support onboarding and adoption of the platform.n
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product teams.n
- Good understanding of Python programming language.n
