nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP Payroll integrations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP platforms.
n

nThe ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/PLSQL, and ADP interfaces, along with a good understanding of HR and payroll data flows.

nKey Responsibilities
nOracle HCM Technical

- Design, develop, and support technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud.n
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM integrations with ADP and other third-party applications.n
- Work with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence,



and Talent.n
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and other HCM technical components.n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.n
- Prepare technical design documents, mapping specifications, and integration documentation.n

nADP Integration

- Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud to ADP Payroll integrations.n
- Develop inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, assignment, compensation, payroll, tax, and other HR-related data.n
- Work with ADP GlobalView, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, or other ADP payroll platforms.n
- Understand and implement ADP-specific file layouts and data mapping requirements.n
- Support ADP payroll interface processing, reconciliation, and error resolution.n
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and transmission issues.n
