Role : Embedded System Engineer
nLocation: Bengaluru
nExperience: 1-3 Years
nWhat you will do :
n

n1. Assist in building and maintaining the hardware backbone of our EMS defect detection
nsystems — camera triggers, lighting controllers, and sensor interfaces.
n2. Develop and test firmware on microcontrollers (STM32/ESP32-class) for controlling
nlighting, synchronizing camera capture, and reading sensors.
n3. Implement and debug communication between cameras, sensors, PLCs, and hardware
ncontrollers using standard industrial protocols.
n4. Support the electrical bring-up of vision stations: reading schematics and datasheets,
nwiring, and validating hardware on the bench and factory floor.
n5. Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters to debug timing, signal, and
nintegration issues.
n6. Write Python scripts for test automation and hardware validation.
n7. Learn PLC programming and assist in integrating vision hardware with production line
nworkflows.
n8. Grow toward PCB design and more advanced embedded Linux/RTOS work as the




nsystems mature.

nPreferred Qualification :
n1. Bachelor‘s/Master‘s in EC, EE, CS, or related branches; candidates from other
nbackgrounds with a strong skill match are also considered.
n2. Solid fundamentals in C/C++ for embedded development, with Python for scripting and
ntest automation.
n3. Solid understanding of microcontrollers (STM32/ESP32 or similar) — GPIO, timers,
ninterrupts, DMA — along with RTOS and embedded Linux basics.
n4. Knowledge of communication protocols for sensor, camera, and PLC integration with
nhardware controllers.
n5. Hands-on debugging skills using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and multimeter, with the
nability to read schematics and datasheets; exposure to PLC programming and
nwillingness to learn PCB design.
