Title: AI Forward Developer Location: Remote India Duration: Fulltime Compensation: Competitive, based on experience AI Forward Developer Overview We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with business teams, customers, and engineering groups to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, product thinking, and customer problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and able to translate business problems into practical AI systems that deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders and customers to understand operational challenges and identify high-value AI use cases. Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions using large language models, machine learning models, APIs, and enterprise data sources. Build production-ready applications, workflows, agents, copilots, and automation tools. Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise platforms,



databases, internal tools, and third-party services. Work closely with data, product, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant. Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and operational needs. Evaluate model performance, monitor outputs, and improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and enablement materials for internal teams and users. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.
