7+ Experience supporting user onboarding and offboarding.
nHands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows laptop builds.
nExperience with Windows Cloud PC (VDI) provisioning.
nExperience managing in office IT inventory.
nService Desk support experience, primarily supporting the India team.
nExperience with Windows patching and backups.
nStrong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, OneDrive, and Windows environments including Autopilot, DNS, and DHCP.
