nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an Enterprise Presales Consultant with solid telecom domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements for CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Network API / Networkas-a-Service offerings. The role bridges sales, product, and engineering, translating enterprise business needs into technically sound and commercially viable solutions. The candidate will play a key role across the end-to-end presales cycle, from customer discovery to solution design, BoQ preparation, and deal closure support.

nKey Responsibilities
nPresales & Solutioning
n• Own and drive the end-to-end presales cycle for enterprise customers across CPaaS and Network API offerings.
n• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, use cases, and technical
nexpectations.
n• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer needs, product capabilities, and
nnetwork constraints.




n• Position CPaaS capabilities such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, and APIs for enterprise digital
ntransformation use cases.
n• Articulate the value of Network APIs (e.g., identity, location, QoS, authentication, charging) to
nenterprise and partner ecosystems.
nCustomer Interaction & Stakeholder Management
n• Act as a technical and solution advisor during customer meetings, workshops, demos, and RFP
ndiscussions.
n• Build strong enterprise customer relationships and maintain effective working connections with
nCXOs, IT heads, and digital teams.
n• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure
nsolution feasibility and alignment.
nCommercials & BoQ
n• Prepare detailed BoQs (Bill of Quantity), solution pricing inputs, and technical commercials for
nenterprise proposals.
n• Assist in proposal responses, including technical sect
