Senior MDM Developer
Experience: 7–12 Years
Architecture: Custom MDM Hub
Domain: Customer / Consumer MDM
Tech Stack: Snowflake, dbt, PostgreSQL, Advanced SQL
Key Requirements
- 7–12 years in MDM, Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Management .
- Solid hands-on Customer MDM / Customer 360 / Party Model experience.
- Advanced SQL with CTEs, window functions, MERGE, query optimization .
- Hands-on Snowflake, dbt, and PostgreSQL .
- Strong experience in data modeling, source mapping, data profiling, data quality, lineage, and reconciliation .
- Hands-on entity resolution / record matching , including deterministic, probabilistic and fuzzy matching.
- Experience with blocking, scoring, thresholds, precision/recall, and labelled-data validation .
- Strong understanding of survivorship, golden records, crosswalks, provenance, merge/unmerge,



and hierarchy modeling .
- Experience building Load → Match → Merge → Review → Refine pipelines.
- Preferred: D&B; / D-U-N-S, SAP, Python, Graph/Network modeling, embeddings/vector similarity .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.

Important: This is a custom MDM development role , not a commercial MDM platform implementation role such as Informatica, Reltio, Profisee, SAP MDG, or Ataccama.
