nRole Summary
nDesign and build AI-enabled workplace applications, agents, copilots, automation workflows, dashboards, and integration services. The role combines front-end, back-end, API, cloud, data, and AI engineering to create production-grade digital workplace capabilities.
nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Develop full-stack AI applications using up-to-date front-end frameworks, APIs, cloud services, databases, and AI orchestration layers.n
- Build workplace copilots, agentic workflows, RAG-based assistants, automation agents, telemetry dashboards, and self-heal integrations.n
- Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, ServiceNow/ITSM, DEX tools, knowledge repositories, and enterprise data sources.n
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, observability, prompt management, evaluation, safety guardrails, and responsible AI controls.n




- Create reusable components, APIs, microservices, cloud functions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests.n
- Collaborate with architects, data stewards, UX, product owners, and platform engineers to convert DWP use cases into scalable solutions.n
- Support PoC-to-production transition, performance tuning, reliability engineering, and production support handover.n
