The Plant Manager leads the Pune manufacturing site, overseeing complex processes, assembly lines, safety, quality, cost, and operational performance. This role ensures reliable and predictable manufacturing outcomes, drives Operational Excellence, manages budgets and workforce utilization, and builds robust talent pipelines while maintaining full compliance with EHS, regulatory, and company standards.
Your role:
Lead and coordinate large manufacturing teams across diverse processes, assembly lines, and plant functions.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable EHS standards, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee risk assessments and mitigation plans to reduce safety, quality, and operational risks.
