Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Field Service & Installation Executive with hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical products, heavy machinery, doors, or similar industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of products at customer sites.
Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the defined timelines.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements and call closure.
Support warranty and non-warranty service activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation and product functioning.
Maintain service reports,



installation records, and customer documentation.
Provide basic technical guidance and product support to customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
Travel to customer sites as per business requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service, Installation, Commissioning, or After-Sales Service.
Experience in electrical products, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, doors, or related products is preferred.
Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site service.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Valuable communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field service and installation activities.
