Job Summary:
As a PDE I Full-Stack Engineer at Phenom People, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our talent experience management platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a significant impact in the HR tech industry.
What you’ve got to do:
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs for our talent experience management platform
- Write clean, efficient,



and well-documented code - Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience on Java programming language and Spring boot for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.
- Strong exposer working with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Experience with database design and management like PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and collaborative environment
