Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-stakes, cross-functional engineering initiatives. In this role, you will bridge business strategy, system architecture, and operational execution. You will drive the technical delivery strategy for complex software integrations, scale distributed systems, and partner closely with Product, Engineering,



and Architecture leaders to turn ambitious roadmaps into reliable software.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Strategy: Architect end-to-end program delivery plans for multi-team initiatives, translating high-level product requirements into detailed engineering milestones.
Architecture & Dependency Management: Identify, track, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies across API contracts, core platform services, and external integrations.
Technical Problem Solving: Drive alignment on system trade-offs (e.g., latency, scalability, technical debt) and participate in architectural reviews to keep execution aligned with long-term platform health.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical, security, and operational risks weeks before they impact launch schedules, building actionable contingency plans.
