nKey Responsibilities-

- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation across functions.n
- Lead end-to-end process diagnostics, redesign, and implementation, using Lean/Six Sigma/BPM principles where relevant.n
- Build the automation roadmap and pipeline, translating business pain points into scalable digital solutions.n
- Partner with Business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other teams to deploy workflow automation, RPA, AI/GenAI and low-code solutions.n
- Define business cases, benefits, KPIs and governance; track productivity, cost,



cycle-time and quality improvements.n
- Drive adoption and change management to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first working.n
- Establish process governance, documentation and best practices to ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable.n

nCandidate Profile-

- n
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Process Excellence, Transformation, Automation, Consulting or Digital Operations.n
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional process transformation and automation programs.n
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Power Automate/Power Platform, RPA, workflow/BPM tools and AI/GenAI applications.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and program management skills.n
- Lean Six Sigma / process excellence certification is an advantage.n
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or Retail preferred.n
