We are looking for an experienced Nutritionist – Sales Counselor who combines strong nutrition knowledge with excellent sales, counselling, conversion, and follow-up skills .
This is primarily a consultative sales and patient conversion role . The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing programs, pricing, packages, and closing sales conversations , while maintaining an ethical, empathetic, and patient-first approach.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead enquiry to program enrolment.
Conduct nutrition-led counselling sessions with prospective patients.
Explain ReDial's nutrition, lifestyle,



and metabolic wellness programs clearly.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, counselling, and revenue targets .
Build trust and maintain a positive patient experience throughout the sales journey.
Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, trainers, and clinical operations teams.
Maintain accurate lead and patient information in the CRM.
Track follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline effectively.
Robust sales and conversion skills with a target-oriented approach.
Strong nutrition knowledge and the ability to explain concepts in simple language.
Patient counselling and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales.
Good knowledge of CRM and basic software tools.
Eligibility & Experience
~4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
~ Experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, hospital, clinic, health-tech, or related industries preferred.
